Daniel Hindman is a construction and real estate professional
who, at the age of 29, has made significant strides in his field. He joined a
team of general contractors at the early age of 16, and worked just as hard as
anyone else on the job. He was enthusiastic about the work and within no time
gained several skills in building, plumbing, wiring, flooring, roofing, windows
and more that gave him the knowledge needed to build a home from the ground-up.
This skill was implemented when he switched to work with a custom home builder
years later. Now, as a real estate investor who still gets his hands dirty on
the construction efforts from time-to-time, there are two fields of
construction that he still operates in.
Remodels
One of the first times that Daniel Hindman displayed his
business skills in this industry was when he decided to start buying worn
properties, remodeling them and selling them for a hefty profit. By the time he
had completed any f these projects, there was little evidence to suggest that
these places were ever worn down; as they had been turned into luxury rental
properties in both functionality as well as appearance.
